Jason Rishover - Director
Jason is one of the founding partners of the Heronslea Group. He has spent all his working life involved in the development of both residential and commercial property. His main role is to oversee all project development to ensure that the our stringent build quality is maintained on all projects.

Jamie Rishover - Director
One of the founding partners of the Heronslea Group and a trained carpenter, Jamie originally worked on site gaining many years knowledge of the building and construction industry. Now, as a fully fledged developer, alongside his brother Jason, Jamie oversees all project development on a day-to-day basis and with an eye for detail involves himself with the interior specifications of the developments.

Paul Engelberg - Director
Prior to joining the company, Paul spent 27 years in property. The last 22 years have been in development and, of these, 17 years were spent as a Director of the country's leading housebuilders including Crest Nicholson, Charles Church and St. George. Working within London and the Home Counties, Paul has acquired sites which have provided over new 4,000 homes.

Claudia Glickman
Claudia gained a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture at Leeds University. After 3 years working with a leading London architect on the creation of the United Kingdom Supreme Court building, she specialised in high-end residential projects in North West London. A wide range of briefs, styles and budgets of up to £35M, were each approached with a focus on beautiful design, imaginatively implemented for total client satisfaction. Claudia now joins us to manage and grow the Interior Design Team, working on design and planning with residential clients whilst simultaneously overseeing all project development on site.

Manoj Shah
With experience in project managing property developments Manoj has joined to identify potential sites, work with Architects to optimise designs and the planning process, appoint the appropriate teams and manage projects from start to completion.

Neilus McCarthy
Neilus who joins Heronslea as a Senior Project Manager has worked within the construction industry for over 16 years. Within this time Neilus has managed a variety of projects from large civil engineering projects in Australia to high rise residential and commercial projects in London working for clients such as Barratt Homes, Galliard Homes, Thornsett Group, Bovis Lend Lease, Family Mosaic, St George and Genesis Homes.

Gayle Eden
Gayle has over 20 years PA and HR experience and joins Hersonslea to assist the Directors on a day to day basis and ensure the smooth running of the office. With her HR background Gayle will help to ensure systems are put into place and policies and procedures are introduced.

Michael manages and runs the team and is responsible for the day to day well being of the Group.

David Taylor
David is our in-house accountant and has over 20 years experience in bookkeeping and management accounting. With the continuous growth of the group, David has now become a vital member of the team producing financial reports and assists in the day to day well being of the company.

Carly Belchak
Carly has recently graduated from Birmingham University with a BSc in Business Management and joins Heronslea as an Administrator.
Darren Britton
Darren is one of our Senior Site Foremen and with over 20 years experience in the building industry he is responsible for ensuring our teams carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis.
Wayne Gosling
Wayne, a qualified carpenter and one of our foremen, has over 18 years experience in the building industry. Working closely with all the onsite team members, Wayne involves himself in many aspects of each build.
Clive Dearing
Clive is one of our Senior Site Foremen, who oversees all our site carpentry requirements, he also designs our bespoke furniture.
